hela Sverige The supply process is responsible for securing a robust process for manufacturing, logistics and planning. Analytics is vital to run an efficient supply process. Within supply we have different analytics platforms such as MES MI, BW, EDW based on HANA, Qlikview and Tableu. We are primarily looking for a process architecht that will take responsibility for MES MI and gradually also cover other areas and have an important role for supplys journey to move to advanced analytics.
The main responsibilities for a process architect in the analytic are:
Design phase:
• Ensure that business analytic needs are translated to analytic requirements.
• Support performance managers in the line organisations with identifying analytic gaps and communicate with process owner.
• Support to specify system requirements on the analytic platforms
Test phase:
• Support super user to test analytic needs
• Test developed objects (functionality and interfaces)
Change management:
• Support the business what activities needed to benefit from the developed analytic functionality.
• Training (Support in developing training material)
• User instructions
• Super user training (end user training needs to be done by super users)
Implementation:
• Support super user, end-user shall have super user as first line support
• Cut over support (problem/incident management support)
To drive alignment between organisations/sites where applicable:
• Product owner for MES MI
The position requires extensive experience of supply chain set up, production and production planning, understand how product preparation and product packaging is working. Competence and experience of MES applications as well as competence in ERP system is very essential and detail knowledge of MES MI.
The position will work closely with process managers for the different parts of the supply as well as other processers within Ericsson such as sourcing and product introduction processes.
Qualifications:
The position requires considerable experience of related work within Ericsson, including:
• Very good understanding of production, and interaction between process and system
• Very good knowledge and experience of MES and ERP implementation
• Very good competence of MES MI
• Good general Ericsson knowledge
• Good knowledge of the overall Supply process
• Very good knowledge of the Ericsson IT set-up.
The requirements on education and personal traits include:
• University degree in Engineering/IT or equivalent experience through practice
• Good ability to speak and write in Swedish and English
• Good ability to work with people from different cultures
• Ability to work both with the big picture and with details
• Service minded and with good analytical skills
• Flexible and with a high degree of cooperation skills.
