hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Natural Cycles i Stockholm Natural Cycles is looking for a Consumer PR-manager to lead the Swedish and international Consumer PR work. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience from leading strategic and operational PR- work for brands globally, collaborating with multiple agencies and ensuring strategic alignment of PR- activities with brand and business goals.
The Consumer PR- manager will be part of the Marketing Team and work closely with and report to the Brand Manager.
What you will be doing
• Setting an overall global Consumer PR-strategy together with Brand Manager.
• Ensuring global strategy is localised to specific markets if needed, together with Brand Manager and Strategic Planner.
• Coordinate and lead agencies in their daily work; discuss opportunities and threats, guide decision making; what contexts and conversations should Natural Cycles drive/avoid, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure on-brand high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media through PR-agencies.
• Manage crisis communication.
• Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results, trends and conversations on a monthly basis to Brand Manager.
• Based on insights and analysis: make sure Natural Cycles remains agile by continuously initiating PR-activities that help build the brand pro-actively.
Sweden:
• Identify PR-opportunities pro-actively and execute when needed; write press releases, contact media, follow up.
What skills you should have
• You have a strategic mindset
• You have thestrength and knowledge to navigate the brand in an often controversial landscape, while keeping its integrity.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Relevant education in communications, journalism, marketing, etc.
• Relevant network in Sweden and Scandic countries
• Ability to work in a high pace, changing and challenging environment
