We are looking for a Global Operations Developer Digital Manufacturing & BI to take the on the challenge to develop our Epiroc digitalization road map, to align process across our product companies and drive continuous improvement as well as lead the BI development in Operations. Epiroc Operations has started the journey to become more predictable, agile and efficient by using digital tools within our Operations. We are now seeking an energetic person who can be Operations counterpart to our IT-organization. The key area of focus for this position is to recognize and understand the needs and processes of our Operations while at the same time possessing a genuine interest in digital solutions.
How do we make it happen?
In this role, you will work with the 23 product companies across five Epiroc divisions to identify process needs and gaps, and where a common global solution is required. You will translate these needs into a series of improvement projects for our processes and systems in order to advance digitalization and BI requirements across Epiroc Operations. Industry 4.0 is a big step for all companies, while it is also a key to enable us to be competitive in the future. Until recently, our production companies and divisions has been working in a decentralized manner where only minor global coordination has been achieved; therefore a key aspect to this role will be moving us forward in a standardized way in line with our IT-strategy with common IT-platforms in terms of ERP, PLM; BI and MOM/MES systems. In this role you will work with traditional project management, but also develop an agile method to enable local initiatives to be adopted in a timely manner.

Location and travel
The role reports directly to Epiroc Production Council, that consist of Vice President Operations from five Epiroc Divisions. The position can be based at any of our main production hubs Garland USA, Essen Germany, Örebro Sweden or Fagersta Sweden.
This position will require travelling.
