www.ascom.com We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the Ascom Global Marketing Communications Team, to support the Global, Product and select Regional Marketing initiatives aligned with our B2B marketing strategic priorities.
About the job
The project coordinator supports the project planning, workflow, scheduling, and reporting activities for the Marketing & Communications department. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing the Language translation process for all Global Marketing and Product Launch-Campaign initiatives. This role is also responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to keep key projects moving and on track.
The focus around process, tools, and management of those tools will create impact and sustain a high-quality standard for our team. This person should be resourceful, flexible, detail oriented and looking for a role within a growing marketing communication team. Success will be dependent on the ability to understand project requirements, track and communicate progress, and collaborate effectively to ensure deliverables are prioritized and completed in support of corporate and departmental objectives.
In this role you report to Senior Global Marketing Communications Manager, also located in Sweden, Gothenburg.
Responsibilities
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, Content and Digital Leads to coordinate a body of work aligned against business goals or audiences
• Create and maintain marketing and content calendars across all digital channels
• Facilitate effective project management between teams to support a productive and aligned process. Will verify resources, build project plans, identify concerns to appropriate owners and resolve issues that could prevent progress.
• Responsible for managing Language translation process for global marketing and product campaigns.
• Establish meetings or integration points between teams to assure smooth coordination, track progress, illuminate potential constraints and where appropriate escalate projects at risk of missing deadlines.
• Collaborates with IT to utilize a range of project management software / tools to develop, manage, and adjust work schedules to ensure work is timely, on budget, and meets defined objectives.
• Supports the management of digital asset directory.
• Creates progress reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting.
• Helps the global marketing organization to operate efficiently and with operational clarity.
Qualifications
• Strong project management experience across diverse marketing programs and cross-functional teams
• Documented knowledge and experience of product / project management in a global B2B organizations
• Ability to foster strong relationships across full Marketing organization (Global, Product & Regional), cross-functional colleagues and where needed external partners
• Strong working knowledge / experience with project management principles, processes, and software.
• 5 years of marketing & digital marketing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skills a must.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and CMS systems
• Experience at an agency or studio is a plus

To be successful in the role you need to quickly be able to adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines. It is essential that you have the ability to set goals, multi-task and prioritize workload. Further on you will need to have a strong attention to details, be organized and logical. To have a process-oriented and strategic mindset, but also have appreciation to the creative process. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must
