As a Global Key-User SAP you will drive the development, maintenance and training activities in the SAP solution landscape supporting all the finance processes. The Global Key-User SAP will be a key contributor in this work. Significant interaction and close cooperation cross all areas within Volvo Cars is offered.

Main responsibility

• Supply SAP user network with information, competence building, advanced support and training
• Working with roles and authorization for SAP Finance
• Analysing and communicating business and user requirements and developing business requirement specifications
• Keep track of trends, latest news and external benchmark to ensure best in class
• Participate in operational development and improvement projects
• Approval and quality assurance of change requests in liaison with business application managers
• Workshop facilitation and training
• Monthly preparations/give guidance for Closing of books and closing process efficiencies
• Govern and manage the SAP access concept

• Good knowledge of feeder system landscape connected to SAP
• Good knowledge of the SAP FI/CO modules

• Experience from accounting and/or controlling work considered as merit
• University degree
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
