Poolia is recruiting an ambitious and experienced "Global Key User - Finance" (Movex/M3) to the Cardo group.
The position is full-time and it will be based in Malmoe or in Gothenburg, (decision by candidate preference)

Acting as a "Global Key User", you work cross-over the line organization and the role is typically involved in global projects or initiatives based from a division or business area perspective.
From a planning and execution perspective your activities within projects is coordinated via the Project Management Office (PMO) within Cardo. When you are not involved in projects your work will be coordinated by the "Process Leader Finance" focusing on continuous improvement activities.
Detailed role description of the "Global Key User - Finance":
• Resource in PMO for Roll-out / Implementation of Cardo M3 Projects.
• Act as M3 application specialist for Finance.
• Support local M3 key-users to solve incidents.
• Conduct education in system and processes for local key users i.e. in roll-out and implementation.
• Conduct reviews in sales/production companies to verify the work is according to defined process and set-up.
• Coordinate new process requirements from the business (process owner, Process leaders, management team together with Group IT representatives).
• Spread knowledge about the "system and process".
• Act as global competence and have an overall picture for M3 finance processes.
The position requires travelling, primarily in Europe (approximately 80 days per year).
You will report to the "Process Leader Finance" (direct) and to Project Managers for dedicated projects (in-direct).
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Requirements, Experience and Personal Qualities
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, experience from Finance & Accounting processes and worked at least three years as an "Advanced M3 user". You have a very good knowledge of both spoken and written English and Swedish. It is an advantage if you have experience from a global organization.
As the "Global Key User - Finance" (Movex/M3) you will be the specialist regarding General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Costing, VAT, Fixed Assets, Month End Close process, reporting Finance. It is also an advantage if you are familiar to Movex's/M3's major processes (for example "order flow").
As a person you have drive and strong communication skills. You are goal oriented, pro-active, highly organized and self-motivated. You collaborate easily with others and you enjoy travelling.
