ABOUT THE ROLE

The Absolut Portfolio & Innovation team manage projects related to the current and future product portfolio and packaging design development, with the objective to create designs and products that delight new and current consumers. We also collaborate with several Innovation Teams strategically located around the world to deliver market relevant and bespoke innovations for Absolut.
As a Global Innovation & Product Manager, your key responsibilities include project lead for some of the biggest Core Innovation projects such as Absolut's largest initiative; the End of Year program (EOY) and other limited-edition projects such as Absolut Rainbow. The responsibility stretches from product design and development to management of the wider cross-functional team incl.key stakeholders. All with a purpose to maintain and evolve the strong product & design heritage that is an essential part of the Absolut DNA,
Your key responsibilities:
Lead and implement portfolio & design projects including leading workstreams within the existing portfolio (product re-stages or Value Creation projects), as well as bigger projects such as global Limited Editions.
Collaborate with specialist marketing teams and cross functional counterparts such as finance, compliance, legal, operations, as well as market partners and other key internal and external stakeholders.
Agency management and briefing, with opportunities to work with external collaborators on designs.
Regular updates through the Stage Gate process, with the Absolut Company Leadership team are a key part of the role, which includes the management and coordination of relevant information with the wider team.
ABOUT YOU
University degree most likely in engineering, business or communication
Minimum 8-10 years relevant business experience from the consumer goods sector in an international organization.
Minimum 8-10 years of New Product Development or experience of leading other cross-functional teams
Strong project management experience to manage communication and relationships of more than 80+ markets
English spoken and written with great proficiency.
Required competencies
Passion and ownership in linking strategic development to market implementation and business impact. Experience of/Strong interest in product design and realization.
Ability to easily shift between strategic and executional areas of work.
Strong collaboration, leadership and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively interact at stakeholders on different levels
