The Global HRIS Specialist main responsibility is to provide advice needed to ensure successful HRIS operations and working with the Global HRIS Manager in implementing new Modules and systems according to the Mölnlycke HRIS Roadmap.
This is a temporary position that will continue until the end of December 2015 with possibilty of extension. The position is located in Gothenburg.
Publiceringsdatum2015-05-06Dina arbetsuppgifterThe main task is to participate in and/or transfer projects into maintenance when implementing HR systems for strategic HR processes.
Key Accountabilities:
• To be the Specialist advice to HR community on system solutions for HR processes (e.g. Performance Management, Learning Management System, Competency Framework, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment). Incl. supporting HR Administrators with Enduser Questions and handling Change Requests.
• Maintain, update, and analyze employee information in HR Master data system - SAP) and Conduct systems training and assisting with end user support for report writing.
• Work proactively in constantly improving and in cooperation with HRIS Manager find more efficient ways of working for already implemented systems.
• Participate in functional testing for special projects.
• Conduct System training for existing HR Information Systems.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Minimum two year HR working experience, preferably in an international environment.
HRIT experience; preferably in SAP as well as systems supporting strategic HR Processes (e.g. SuccessFactors, Cornerstone on Demand, Taleo:).
Experience of e-learning business processes/ online digital publishing would be a distinct ad-vantage.
You must be fully fluent in oral and written English. Other languages is considered an advantage.
Finally, a customer centric approach and mindset is a prerequisite.
