During 2023, we are launching our VX platform and next-generation products, aiming at enabling superior video experiences to drive change.
About the position
We are looking for a Global Head of Customer Success to lead our customer success (CS) team.
This means you will get to:
• Set and implement a customer success strategy in line with the company's strategic objectives
• Lead and develop the CS organization
• Develop work-flows and processes ensuring operational excellence and customer outcomes
• Lead the development of Hive's Video Maturity Model
Your previous experiences
You have successfully managed customer facing teams delivering value and outcomes to enterprise customers. Now, you are ready to embark on a multifaceted journey, where you'll not only lead your team but also engage in cross-functional collaborations, adding your expertise to the dynamics of our next-generation products and services.
You experiences include:
• Interacting directly with enterprise customers
• Driving customer outcomes through technology led products and services
• Team and people management
• Cross-functional communication and collaboration
• Setting and following up on business objectives using data-driven KPIs
We see it as meritorious if you have have been working a in a diverse, multi-language environment where you adapt your style of involvement to communicate successfully. Your background could be in customer service, sales, product support or any other function that is regularly in close contact with customers and users.
