The global Product Life Cycle team within Technical Service works together with clusters and central organisations, across Packaging and Processing, to enable efficient and consistent performance to reach high customer satisfaction.
You will work in a diverse and international team, located in Lund and Modena, where you will have the opportunity to develop as an individual, contribute to develop the team capabilities and build a global network.
As Global Expert you will be responsible for driving and coordinating continuous improvement of all tools used in PLC process, with special focus on Quality and Technical Issue Management process (QTIM).
Main responsibilities
• Drive QTIM process and tool changes through projects and continuous improvements activities
• Report owner for the Cost of Poor Quality reports in BO
• Support business stakeholders in translating user needs into tool requirements
• Improve competence capabilities in organisa-tions by training and coaching the users in QTIM sub processes with main focus on Claim management, issue resolution cost al-ocation and Cost of Poor Quality reporting
Qualifications

Process orientation, service attitude and focus on results will also be essential to the success of this position as well as the ability to place priority and structure to work related matters.
This role requires good knowledge or experience of working with quality processes in a service or manufacturing environment.
You possess excellent knowledge of business processes; especially PLC and QTIM. Knowledge and experience in claims' management and Issue Resoution cost allocation are considered as a plus. Experience of QuTI-P, BO or other tools used will be an advantage.
The work will involve international contact so it is essential that you are fluent in English and have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
