Job Title: Global ESO Quality Specialist
Location: Initially based in Uppsala, Sweden with a hybrid work model. Open to considering various locations within Galderma offices in Europe.
Job Description
Join Galderma's dynamic team as a Global ESO Quality Specialist! In this role, you will oversee Galderma's External Service Organizations (ESOs), ensuring quality support for daily activities, technical agreements, investigations, and regulatory compliance. Utilize your advanced expertise to ensure continuous improvement and compliance and contribute significantly to our business success!
Key Responsibilities
* Galderma's ESO Oversight and support for other divisions.
* Quality support for ESOs, including daily activities and technical agreements.
* QA contact for communication and handling of QA issues.
* Support for investigations, trends, complaints, CAPA, validation, and product release.
* Technical support for compliance with local regulatory requirements.
* QA support for industrial transfers and routine product processes.
* Provide KPI and conduct Quality Review with ESO.
* Define performance goals and KPIs for ESOs, promoting improvement programs.
Skills & Qualifications
* Pharmacist or Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific/engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred.
* Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
* 5-8 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing industry.
* Negotiation and external partner management skills.
* Ability to work independently, interpret and implement quality standards, and handle complex situations.
