Job Title: Global Employer Branding Manager, preferred location Stockholm/Lyngby Copenhagen

Accelerating growth
COWI Corporate HR is looking for an ambitious and experienced Global Employer Branding Manager with the determination to create value for our global business. With reference to the Senior Vice President for COWI Corporate HR, you will be responsible for coordinating and strengthening our employer branding effort. You will work in close cooperation with regional HR units and Group Communications and Knowledge Management.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement global employer branding strategy
• Support the development of the talent acquisition strategy for the business
• Prepare and ensure implementation of yearly global employer branding action plan
• Develop and drive global employer branding activities
• Support employer branding activities in individual countries
• Prepare analysis and reports and advise on strategic hiring issues and delivery of consistent and compelling message to prospective candidates
Key competencies
• Proven impact and influence skills from working in large knowledge intensive companies with engineers
• Experience with cross border cooperation on employer branding in Scandinavia/globally
• Project management skills and very structured and know how to plan and manage your time
• Demonstrated analytical skills and knowledge of workforce planning
'Results focused, energetic and solution oriented
• Strong communication and collaboration skills including experience working effectively in an international environment
• Master Degree, preferably in organization or business
• 5-10 years of experience with employer branding
• Great English skills (oral and written)
