hela Sverige Do you have an excellent Supplier Management experience? Are you ready to take on the exciting challenge to lead and develop our purchasing organisation and to create and implement our global category strategy?
The Global IMS team is responsible for category -and supplier base strategy and to drive end-to-end strategic sourcing for Marketing and Communications, Human Resources and Professional Services and Real Estate and Facility Management. This is done in close cooperation with our Business Stakeholders as well as our Cluster organisations.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden, but other locations could be optional.
You will lead a team of ten where of four direct reports. The position reports to Vice President Supplier Management.
Main responsibilities
• Lead all global categories related to HR, Professional Services and Marketing & Communication.
• Overall accountable for business partnering on a global level
• Drive global category strategies, focusing on global synergies and leveraging on scale
• Drive change and transform procurement into a work class function
• Lead diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders globally
• Ensures involvement and alignment of relevant stakeholders on a global level, understand business needs and requirements
• Support Technical Service businesses development strategy
Qualifications
You have a successful track record in managing and motivating people. You can create understanding and buy in from different stakeholders and collaborate with other functions comes natural to you.
You drive for result and are knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, trends and technology affecting the business and area of responsibility.
You possess the skill to transform strategic perspective into operational activities and you have experience from an organization that has gone through a transformation from a decentralized organisation to a global centralized organisation.
You have experience from developing procurement solutions supporting technical service strategy. You are probably familiar with ARIBA or similar systems and know how to get the most out of it.
You have a university degree in Business Administration or Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in senior project or line function with focus on general management, purchasing or finance with good knowledge of the Supplier Management process.
An excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.
