Carlson Wagonlit Sweden has the privilege to recruit and host a new innovative position for our global organization.
The CSR Director has the mission to guide CWT globally on environmental, sustainability and social responsibility issues and to design & implement strategies and programs in these domains. The key objectives are to establish CWT?s reputation and commitment in the CSR field near its stakeholders (customers, suppliers, employees), support the selling process to potential customers and create a brand differentiation that makes CWT more attractive to its customers, prospects and employees. As of today, the main strategic themes in which CWT wants to invest in are support to community programs (including charity and voluntary work), environmental awareness and employee diversity and inclusion.
As our first Global Director working with CSR you need to continue our strategic work in order to develop, implement and drive the CSR strategy for CWT globally as a starting point of your new career.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record within this field working in an international environment/organization. A burning interest in this area is a must! You are a team player with strong organizational, interpersonal and prioritization skills. As a person you are flexible, adaptable and works effectively under pressure. You must have the ability to interact and develop relationships with executives at all levels of management.
