Business Development at Global Aftermarket Volvo Penta is looking for a
Global Dealer Development Manager

The position reports to Director Business Development and will interact with Regional Aftermarket Managers, Global Aftermarket Team and Engine Segment Key Accounts.

As Global Dealer Development Manager you will:
• Lead development of a competitive dealer strategy in line with the company Tactical Plan.
• Coordinate dealer development across the regions striving for best practice and competitiveness.
• Implement commonality with regards to dealer strategies and KPI?s including service solutions for global customers.
• Communicate and train the Key Accounts, Regions and Segments on the Volvo Penta Total Aftermarket Offer
• Importer/Dealer Operating Standards (IOS/DOS) and Dealer Locator: process owner including scope and quality. Drive process implementation and development. Utilize standardized KPI?s for following progress
• Support development of Customer Centre as the Global Aftermarket representative
• Be the Global Aftermarket process developer for Product Centre
• Identify areas requiring new Aftermarket dealer/distribution solutions for global key customers
• Prepare required decision input on Aftermarket Solutions to Management meetings. Lead rollout and implementation for decided customer solutions.
• Participate in projects with other Central Functions

Qualifications and Profile:
• Bachelor of Science (Technical/Engineering), or equivalent
• Aftermarket or Sales experience preferably from industrial and/or marine segment
• Thorough understanding of Aftermarket business and processes
• A strategic and big-picture approach to find solutions for enhancing dealer loyalty
• Excellent level of drive-for-results through involvement, transparency and commitment
• Have a genuine interest in working with people from different cultures and background to achieve a positive and creative atmosphere
• Team player used to act in a matrix organization and translate business objectives into actions.
• Be able to structure the work load, communicate information and follow up on agreement
• Good communication skills both orally and written in Swedish and English are required
• Availability to travel when required
