Global Controller
We are looking for a Global Controller that will be part of an exciting journey to continued organizational success with many changes and opportunities word wide. You will play an important role to drive the strategic business agenda and work close to our CFO.
You will be responsible for the financial infrastructure, preparing and analyzing financial data as well as tools to support the decision-making process on maximizing the company 's growth.
You will coordinate the group reporting across 8 legal entities in 6 global locations. You will manage a team of 6 dedicated persons located at our headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden.
Main responsibilities:
• Overseeing the day to day Finance and Accounting operations
• Coordinate global reporting process for total Blueair group of companies around the world.
• Preparation of financial reports: balance sheet, P&L, cash flows, tax reporting, coordination with Group's operating centres and external auditor
• Lead reporting process improvements
• Ensure robustness of internal controls. This may include clear segregation of duties, disciplined implementation of schedule of authority, robust payment approval/verification process, credit assessment, budgetary system and more.
• Participate in driving growth and profitability, drive business opportunities, managing risks, and flagging key issues to promote accountability.
Experience:
You have 10+ years of managerial experience in finance and accounting followed by an academic degree in Accounting.
You possess the necessary CPA qualifications, preferably from one of the Fortune 500 companies.
Working as a manager in a financial role in a global environment is a must. We believe you have working experiences from Asia, Middle East and Europe.
Competences:
To be successful in this role you need a high degree of self-management and possess strong goal-oriented mind set.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills as well as strong leadership skills. You value accountability highly in yourself an in others.
Further, you have a great business and customer mindset, proven track record in delivering outstanding performance and a passion to learn and make a difference.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a must.
