We are looking for a driven Global Content Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand and Marketing team for the Husqvarna Division. Within the team you will have an important role to develop and deliver content marketing directions to secure an excellent and personal customer experience. You will proactively lead the implementation of content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads that deliver brand recognition and customer retention on a global basis, this in close co-operation with key stakeholders and collaborating across functions and markets. The Content Marketing Manager will lead and support the development of full scale content marketing projects to ensure these are delivered on time and executed with excellence in the regional markets.

For this position, we expect you to be a positive, curious, service-minded professional with an understanding of how content marketing can help us achieve our business goals. You have a passion for change, are triggered by new learnings and have methodical and excellent time management skills. As a Global Content Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to our projects' digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.
You report to Global Director Marketing & Customer Experience

Key Responsibilities and deliverables:
• Collaborates across functions and silos to develop and deliver an effective content marketing strategy, with main focus on digital touchpoints, per customer segment which goes in line with our overall brand and marketing strategy.
• Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver customer engagement and retention.
• Manage and regulate various global processes, schedules and deadlines for digital content in multiple regions
• This role requires a digital publisher mindset: to create the content our audience is looking for and to optimize the path to conversion
• Editorial requirements include SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
• Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
• Lead a team of a content project manager and creative agency resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel
• Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
• Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required.
• Utilize key consumer insights in planning and activation
• Conduct competitor- and market analyses
• Drive projects, including defining BC's (business case) and KPI's for evaluation
• Manage agency collaborations
• Become an internal ambassador and build enthusiasm for the brand
• Work in close co-operation with the digital, consumer insights & in-store team

As a Content Marketing Manager, you are familiar with global branding and marketing as well as digital content creation or editorial work. You have solid project management skills and a proven ability to manage successful complex projects in a multi market/language set-up with a number of stakeholders internally and externally. You have an open mind, are a good communicatior and collaborator with high attention to detail. You are driven, proactive and flexible in a high paced changing digital landscape.

We are looking for you with an experience within content management and with an academic degree within business/marketing and a minimum of 5 (five) years hands-on experience of building brands on several markets.

As a person, you are team-oriented, service minded and flexible with attention to details. You take ownership and work proactively across functions as a driver of the brand agenda. Outgoing with high energy level with excellent communication skills. You are a "doer" with the ability to break down strategies into relevant operative actions. You have strong communication and presentation skills and speak English fluently.
