hela Sverige An agile change leader with proven technical aptitude is sought to drive the creation and maintenance for the deployment of BT Global Sourcing Strategies until supplier selection. Working closely together with the Product Engine teams and product owners, for Standardization on Vehicle power categories & Sub-system Platforms this role's scope is across the three main sub groups; converters, power supply and control electronics (monitoring systems). This position has responsibility to develop TCO optimized solutions for bids, negotiate frame agreements and key contracts with the main vendors, ensuring a structured Supplier Relationship Management and a "one voice" interface for main vendors.
Your Tasks:
Delivering Sourcing strategies:
• Create purchasing leverage and gain from synergies across divisions.
• Develop Commodity TCO, benchmark and intelligence.
• Contract BT Standard Sub-systems.
• Prepare & present Commodity presentations.
• Align early sourcing plans with CTO vehicle Platforms prior to Bid Phase
Develop 'best-in-class' Supplier Base & Performance:
• Optimize supply base.
• Supplier performance monitoring of Global Master Vendors (GMV).
• Supplier Relation Management with Global Master Vendors (GMV).
Lead Supplier Selection during Bid phase:
• Validate Commodity Sourcing Plan with bid team.
• Support tender/bidding process for key bids
• Validate Procurement BB inputs for the Commodity
Education
MBA, BA, Engineering degree
• Typically a minimum of 5 years' experience in purchasing related role, ideally with more than 2 years in a strategic sourcing role.
• Management skills within matrix organizations.
• Financial awareness, in particular, experience in cost structure analysis, cost control activities, target settings.
Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role
• Or advanced knowledge in the product and/or commodity.
