SKF Group is looking for a new Global Category Manager - Company Cars to further develop our company car programs to a world class level in terms of cost optimization, sustainability and the benefit as perceived by our employees.

Do you have the ability to build a world class company car program?

Key responsibilities

• Drive development of our car programs into future-proof setups that optimize costs, provide good benefits and support our sustainability ambitions
• Inspire and functionally lead local buyers in the development of local programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Execute multinational sourcing projects in close collaboration with local buyers, HR and local management teams
• Support HR in the development of company car policies.
• Analyse TCO models for the main countries and use as basis for improvements
• In collaboration with local resources, map the key characteristics of all major local programs in terms of spend, number of cars, setups, processes, handling of residual values, financing rates etc.
• Analyse and assess benefit levels and cost levels and benchmark between countries and with the market. Draw conclusions and make recommendations to decision makers on changes
• Assess and realize opportunities to leverage consolidated volumes with key external parties, such as fleet management companies and automotive OEMs

• Experience of sourcing and category management for company cars in a multinational environment
• Solid experience from strategic sourcing
• Proven stakeholder management skills and an ability to drive change
• Very strong analytical skills
• Relevant academic education, such as a degree in finance, business, law or engineering
• Fluent in English, written and oral
