• Has the responsibility and authority from a global Cab perspective to lead, coordinate, guide and monitor all work processes,
process initiatives and process projects that have a direct or indirect impact on Cab business.
• Has the responsibility to manage the Cab global order office and report to Global management team
The main responsibilities
Cab process governance
• Push and support Cab line management with process change management
• Create and recommend yearly and long term Cab process management road map, in line with the site Cab road map, to the Cab MT.
• Secure Cab involvement in prioritized Process areas and initiatives (L1-3)
• Via Site process leaders secure resource allocations through line management and ensure active global Cab representation
• Secure and anchor yearly budget for process related initiatives to Cab MT.
• Represent Cab as the line coordinator in the Yearly Efficiency Cycle (YEC) Extended Team meetings
• Secure a valid Business Management System from a Cab perspective
• Support ISO Audit program, both external and internal audits
• Support Cab unique process manager on process updates
• Coordinate and give Cab Global feed-back on process reviews
• Support Cab Engineering Education Program (CEEP) with plans and updates if needed
• Lead and coordinate the Global Cab Process Management Team
• Secure CAB MT involvement in process related decisions/activities
• Secure information sharing and interaction with the Global PLM team
• Participate in Vehicle Engineering (VE) Coordination meetings and contribute to needed process development within VE
• Secure that process improvements CRs identified and generated from Cab business are followed-up and properly handled.
Global order office
• Responsible for CAB global order office, CAB global order book, & CAB global resource book
• Leading the global resource/order book balancing for CAB in cooperation with the local order offices & CE
• Supporting target setting for SS2, Travel, Non billable ratio, Head count, Investments in cooperation with Finance & Control (global business controller), VP and CE:s
• Tracking actual vs. target for SS2, Travel, Non billable ratio, Head count, Investments (instead of CE)
• Ensuring a common way of working between all sites in CAB
• Responsible for keeping track of work sharing between sites within Process & Tools
• Propose and deploy process & tools for budget control, in accordance with Line & Project Manager's needs, with continuous improvement and in coordination with other sites
• Long term scenario within resource an competence planning
• Lead the Global Cab Long term scenario forecast process
Qualifications and background:
• At least 10 years' experience within global product and engineering development
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent skills and solid experience in the areas
• Experience as a trainer within responsible areas
• Proven networking ability and strong skills in how to use networks in an efficient way
• Solid experience and understanding of how to work in a multi-cultural and international business environment. Having "cross-culture competence"
• High Customer and business focus and the ability to create good relationships.
• Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken
