You will be part of the Global Supplier Management Process team working with all Central and Cluster Supply Management (SuM) organisations. You will act as a bridge between global, central & cluster SuM stakeholders to drive and support the Supplier Base Management process and operational decisions aimed at improving the performance of Supplier Management in both direct and indirect purchasing segments.
Main responsibilities
• Liaison with Tetra Pak Supplier Management organizations, globally and locally to further develop and improve the Supplier Base Management (SBM) process.
• Participate and lead discussions to review and implement systems, such as SAP Ariba, MDG and SAP ECC to support the SBM process.
• Support on creating and delivering training on several areas of SBM process, to improve the Supply Management teams' knowledge.
• Development of people in skills and knowledge on processes and systems related to SBM.
• Be a key partner to investigate and give feedbacks to improve our Process Centre system, as a Business Expert to this tool.
• Support and actively participate with the Global Business Information Expert on special projects and other daily activities.
• Work with our HEAT system, where we manage the SBM tickets and other relevant information to support all Supply Management teams globally.
• Support on Global Process team sites structure management and maintenance to ensure good communication channels for the SBM area.
• Participate in global projects related to Supplier Management with focus on SBM but also on other co-related topics.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you are a highly motivated with good understanding of Supplier Management processes. You should possess a high level of drive and energy to work with global projects where you will bring solutions to problems in a creative way. You are ambitious and seek growth throughout experience and contribution in several projects, while following the process and guidelines. You are a team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
The successful candidate holds a University degree within Economics/Business Administration or Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or similar in an international global context. Experience and knowledge on systems, such as, SAP Ariba, MDG and SAP ECC is an advantage to work in this role.
As you will be working with a multicultural team, a very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
