hela Sverige Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel is offering a position as our Global Business Advisor who drives and organizes the cooperation with our Bosch Rexroth sales country units in the world. Together with our team in Mellansel you assure a regular exchange and synchronization with our Hägglunds sales and service teams in the different countries of the world. This cooperation includes a regular dialog on our current business situation, the sales planning and forecast and a follow-up on the achievement of our targets.
You are part of setting and contracting the sales targets to our country teams in cooperation with the Hägglunds sales management. A key part is the coordination on as well activities to grow our business in the countries as the coaching of our local teams in this matter which you do together with our sales and service experts in Mellansel.
This assignment includes mainly commercial tasks and an intensive communication with different groups and individuals of the global Hägglunds sales and service team. Due to the base of our offers a good technical understanding is needed.
Background
We believe that you have a business or a technical degree at university level, and at least five years working experience from customer oriented work. You have both a commercial and a technical interest and are keen on communicating on an international level.
It is important that you can work independent when it comes to day to day matters but also as a team player when coordinating the global business. You have a structured and responsible personality, and are comfortable working in a changing environment.
You will have many contacts both in Mellansel and in our country units. Skills in communicating with people from differing cultures and the ability to inspire and convince internal and external colleagues is therefore needed and valued. Good verbal and written skills in the English language is a prerequisite for the position.
