hela Sverige Oriflame is now looking for a Global Brand Manager Color Cosmetics &Skin Care to further strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities
• Creating new brands/products and taking active part in category/segment strategy
• Mastering and managing the brand portfolio including segment knowledge and productivity analysis
• Managing simultaneous projects in accordance with new product development process
• Following up on market development and consumer insight
• Developing exciting, full-scale launch support material for key product launches
What we are looking for
• Have a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Have a minimum 3-5 years? working experience, preferably from an international environment
• Have experience in concept/product development
• Be creative team player with stellar analytical skills
• Have experience in cosmetics and direct selling industry
• Be organized, and have exceptional project management skills
• Have knowledge about the Russian cosmetics and/or direct selling market
• Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated
