Oriflame is now looking for a new Global Brand Manager to further strengthen our team.

YOUR ROLE
Consumer Focus: Responsible for identifying a clear and relevant consumer insight to build a stronger "why buy" and "why launch".
• Business Orientation: Responsible for boosting product / group of products KPIs, challenging products forecasts and influencing markets and NPD team to increase sales and reduce costs. Important to understand how products KPIs will influence positively the overall brand/ category KPIs.
• Creativity & Innovation: Responsible for being connected and knowing how to read trends in order to transform them into products opportunity. Keep updated glance on innovation and new technologies (strong supplier relationship)
• Process management & Improvement: Responsible for the NPD process and its complexities in order to guarantee deadlines.
• Decision Making and Problem Solving: Responsible for taking decisions, with low -medium level of complexity, as well as recommending solutions to daily situations/issues.
• Conflict Management: Influential power. Needs to be able to negotiate between areas, always keeping brand interests safe.
• Entrepreneurship / Ownership: Feeling of Brand Ownership , leading the business as your owns, understanding that the success of other areas mean the brand success. Responsible for Marketing activities and accountable for other areas.
• Strategic Thinking: Responsible for having and developing a medium term (3 years) view of the product / group of products and its impact on the total category.

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 5 - 8 years of experience in the Marketing Area, preferably from an international environment
• +2 years in Product Development Area
• Preference for Cosmetics Categories experience
• Preferably knowledgeable in Direct Selling Channel
• Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated
