Would you like to take on the leadership of one of our biggest Strategic Accounts and contribute to growing the Tetra Pak business?

As Global Account Director, you will work in close contact with one of our largest customers; Coca Cola, on a strategic and operative level, while driving the Processing business. You will also work with developing the global KAM network in order to secure a strong organisational support for your account. The work comes with a high level of exposure, it is demanding and challenging and also contains a great amount of freedom.

You will report to the Commercial Development Director and be based in Lund or another Tetra Pak site, if preferred. The position will require travelling about 35% of your time.


Main responsibilities
• Drive sustainable profitable growth for both New Sales and TS&S for the global account.
• Understand customer needs and deliver customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement the global account strategy and three year plan.
• Develop, implement and maintain global agreements with the global account.
• Align rules of engagement for the global account together with Packaging and other Tetra Laval entities.
• Ensure ownership of the installed base.
• Manage and develop the global network.
• Operate the business in a seamless and transparent cooperation with the Clusters, with Processing business units, categories and global functions.
• Provide input for the development of category strategies and plans.
• Implement global processes, tools and methods.


Qualifications
You have solid experience from high level sales work with a track record of successful negotiations and customer relationships. You have acquired a strong overall business understanding and financial knowledge, and you have the ability to work both strategically and operationally. You have also been working both multi-organisational and multi-cultural.

Your drive for results and your commercial interest will be crucial in this role. You have excellent communication skills and will easily build networks, strong relationships and confidence, independent of organisational level or cultural background. You are self motivated and able to inspire and motivate people. You can influence and solve problems in a creative way.
