Getinge Group is in an exciting and intensive period of change. As we are planning the spin off and list of our division Patient and Post-Acute Care (PPAC), also known under the brand name ArjoHuntleigh, we are successively building up the new spin off organization. Therefore we are recruiting a Financial Risk Manager who will be a key player in this new set up, interfacing with many different stakeholders inside and outside the organization. The Position
In this position you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and controlling the financial risks within the new company. The Financial Risk Manager will be the main point of contact for all bank relations.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Analyse, develop and implement a currency risk hedging strategy
• Analyse, develop and implement strategies to manage interest rate risk
• Manage and develop the Netting process
• Be a part of the strategic development of the Group Treasury, including continuous improvement activites and streamlining of procedures
• Undertake a variety of independent projects withing risk management and provide support to the VP Group Treasury
• Reporting for both internal and external purposes
The position is located at our Head office in Malmö and you will be reporting to the VP Group Treasury. You will work closely with the Group Finance. Since you will have a global scope, international travel is part of the role and estimated to 25 days on an annual basis.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for you to have the following experience:
• Academic degree within Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years' related experience within Risk Management, preferably gained in a large international corporate treasury setting or from a bank environment
• A track record of successfully working with banks or Treasury departments as counterparts is highly desirable
• Fluent proficiency in English, written and spoken, is necessary
The successful Financial Risk Manager is likely to be a self-motivated team-player who delivers results and takes responsibility. You are curious and have broad business understanding in combination with a sharp analytical mind-set and great organizational skills. You see the details, yet focus on the most vital areas and are able to manage multiple challenges simultaneously. Furthermore it is important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, since you will interact with a broad range of internal and external parties. Acting with integrity, you easily build trust and commitment. Being used to working in a changing environment, where you have the possibility to be part of creating something new and make a difference, is a key motivation factor.
