Responsibilities
Your mission will be to develop/strengthen the customer service function towards our distributors in order to exceed the customers’ expectations. You will handle technical guidance, service and support via telephone and e-mail. You will proactively develop relationships with key technical specialists at existing partners in order to further strengthening our brand and driving more business. Your main responsibilities will be to:
• provide the best technical guidance, service and support to our customers on the entire product range of sliding doors, swing doors and profile system
• manage the claim and warranty process for all customers, support our area sales managers in making quotations and technical explanations regarding the offer when needed
• be part of the daily back-office work with order processing, confirmation and invoicing our customers
• participate in product launches
• participate in fairs, local meetings and conferences together with the area sales manager and partners in order to attract new end-user opportunities
This is a new role with the aim to strengthen Entrematic not only in the back office but also to the German speaking partners. The job will include travelling together with the area sales manager in the DACH area to provide technical training to new and existing partners (approximately 4-6 days per month). The Technical Sales Support Specialist will be part of and work closely with the sales organization and report to the General Manager. The position is full time and based in Landskrona, Sweden.
Background and personal qualities
We are able to adjust the position to the right candidate. If you are a junior candidate without work experience we require a technical academic degree. If you instead have relevant work experience we find recent experience within the automatic business as an advantage. You are also required to have a high professional level in both English and German, written and spoken, since you primarily will serve our DACH area.
You are thorough, flexible, curious and have good administrative abilities. You are also used to the world of IT tools (Office, CRM, ERP etc.) for technical customer care and skills development. We assume you are a customer focused person with a fact based approach and you thrive from delivering excellent results on time. As you are a people person you really appreciate the relationships you build with customers and colleagues. Efficiency and precision lies in your nature, and you have a problem solving mindset.
