As a Customer Service Advisor, you are a part of Klarna's Global Service Center and your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our world-class high level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the point of contact to our German speaking customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution for each customer.

You will connect with our customers to address questions and resolve issues through multiple channels such as email and phone. You are secure in taking a stand for your opinion and always strive to make improvements and would love to serve as an ambassador for our brand. You have excellent communication skills in both German and English.
