We are looking for a committed and service-oriented employee for our German Customer Operations team. The mission of our Customer Operations department is to provide an excellent service to our customers from loan application to disbursement, and - after that - for the entire customer's lifecycle. The department consists of approximately 120 employees divided into four country organizations, a Legal Collections unit and three supporting functions (Operations Development, Sales and AML).

Are you a team player who has the ability to not only meet customer needs, but to exceed their expectations in every contact? Your role will consist in providing excellent customer service and sales to our customers. As the communication with our customers is mainly done over the telephone you should feel comfortable with the phone as your foremost working tool.
We are looking for a candidate who
• Is fluent in German and has a basic knowledge of both English and Swedish
• Has experience from customer service and likes to communicate over the telephone
• Is a team player but also able to work independently
• Is accurate and goal oriented
• Has good computer skills and is not afraid of new programs or systems
• Has a degree from upper secondary school
