Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a strong customer focus? SW is on Klarna's behalf looking for a German-speaking Collection agent for their German team at the head office in central Stockholm.
Role Description
As a Collection agent at Klarna you will be part of the Collection department. You will manage all matters related to the debt collection process. Your aim is to find solutions by answering customer questions primarily by phone, but also e-mail and other communication channels. You will for example be working with handling objections against the claims and decide on the next step in the investigation process.

We are looking for someone that is efficient, organized and independent. You thrive in a fast paced organization with ambitious colleagues. You manage customer contacts via phone, and we put great emphasis your ability to communicate. We expect that you are secure and fast in making the right decisions and take own initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you are a committed team player. At Klarna you are offered the opportunity to work independently as well as towards the team's common goals.
You are fluent in written and spoken German and you have good knowledge of the English language, additional language skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
