Day to day management of the Kista site for VNL Europe, including
administrative oversight.

Education:
Bachelor degree in Sience our Higher.
Work experience:
Senior Technical background in the areas of GSM / Wireless.
Compentece Demands:
• GSM / Wireless
• People Management
• International Experience
• Engineering Management
Management experience:
For this position should you have a solid management/people management experience
from technical environment within Telecom area. Program delivery on time and on budget.
Personal profile:
The person should be a people manager with a strong personal motivation and have the
ability to coach and motivate his team. It's necessary for him or her to have good
knowledge in project management from a complex technical environment.

• Administrative skills
• Financial skills in managing a budget
• Strong Technical know who in the GSM/Wireless arena
He or she should also be comfortable in working in an international environment
Fluent in English, willing to travel international.
