We are looking for a Chief Legal Officer to a company in the tech industry in Gothenburg
If you have the ability to effectively lead and motivate legal teams, coupled with a passion for law and a deep understanding of the technology sector, along with the drive to make a significant impact, we invite you to join our client's team in Gothenburg as their next Chief Legal Officer.
You'll lead our client's legal strategy, oversee all legal matters, provide guidance to business teams, and manage the legal team, and you will be a part of the management team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll ensure compliance with laws and industry standards.
This role is based in our client's Gothenburg office, and offers a hybrid work solution and they are hiring a Chief Legal Officer.

Responsibilities
You will lead the legal strategy for our client, supervise all legal affairs, offer guidance to business teams, and effectively manage the legal team. This includes complex contracts, IP, cooperate with other teams and sometimes with external partners, and risk and litigation management, regulatory compliance etc.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can lead and inspire a legal team successfully, prior experience from a similar role or a senior legal role within the tech industry, a law degree from a recognized university in Sweden/EU.
You should also have a deep understanding of industry trends, compliance and tech industry regulations.
You have exceptional international negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. It is also important that you thrive within a high-energy, rapidly changing environment.
