You have analyzed how players explore and experience games, and you want to use those insights to build a future where players can be part of creating their own unique experiences.You know that experimenting is a gamble. But you have a knack for choosing the smartest route, and you know when it's time to declare success or failure. You make sure to balance meaningful innovation with executing best practices.Examples of responsibilitiesDesign and implement software at multiple levels of the software stackImplement engaging game mechanics and game AI systemsCreate and extend game systemsHelp building tools and frameworks for game developmentCollaborate and mentor fellow software engineers and technical designersBuild networking systems for multiplayer gamesBuild tools and frameworks for game developmentCollaborate with designers and content creatorsIt would be awesome if you have some of theseA creative and curious mindExtended experience from game developmentExtended experience from working with game engines, e.g. Unreal or UnitySolid experience in C++A good grasp of performance, optimization and data structuresFluency in EnglishThe ability to be a great team player with good communication skillsExperience from other languages such as Python, Rust, Go is a major bonus!
