You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our project and ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality. About the role
You will be at the heart of our game development process. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you lead and enable a core team of 7-8 senior developers. You will create and maintain a production plan, helping the team strike the perfect balance between creativity, fun, and meeting critical milestones. Monitoring risks and maintaining quality will be your second nature, ensuring the project stays on track throughout its lifecycle.
In the realm of product and business, you will be responsible for creating PnL scenarios for different monetization alternatives for the game. Keeping these scenarios up-to-date as the concept evolves over time will be crucial for our success. You'll also produce additional materials needed to market the game, both internally and externally, working closely with publishers and strategic partners. Collaborating with market and player research teams, you will develop a product strategy for game positioning that sets our games apart.
Skills needed
•
Senior or principal, 10+ years of role as EP/Senior/Lead producer
• Must have shipped games in a senior position, from conception to release.
• Must have substantial previous experience working with external stakeholders such as investors and/or publishers.
