Avalanche Studios is looking for a junior Game Designer to work with us on the Live team for Generation Zero. As a Game Designer, you will help in making decisions about new content, game balance, systems and how to improve them to offer a fresh and fun experience to our players.
You will work closely with the Lead Designer, the design team, and the Producer to realize the roadmap. On a day to day basis you will design and implement new features as well as content and also take an active role in product reviews to ensure an appropriate quality level.
Our perfect candidate will be eager to learn and develop further as a designer, and have some experience working with a wide range of different areas of design.

Qualifications
Released at least 1 game and/ or DLC of products you worked on in a design capacity
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
Data management and editing with excel or similar
Used to handling any type of feedback from a passionate community and know how to utilize that in the design process
Beneficial Experience
Understanding of running a game as service including game updates, DLC, etc.
Cooperative multiplayer design experience
Experience in other design fields (missions design, level design, AI design, etc.)
