Game Designer
We are looking for a passionate self-starter who can help establish and nurture a Lean Analytics framework for our current and upcoming games.
Your Role:
• Drive the game design from Concept to Release
• Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to design strong economies and progression systems
• Collaborate with cross discipline teams to build games iteratively
• Design and implement multivariate tests for validating hypothesis
• Seek regular feedback from peers through playtesting
Your Experience:
• 3+ years working on F2P mobile games as a Designer
• Worked on designing new games and improving live ones
• In depth knowledge of the mobile games market and prevalent business models
• Experience using a data-driven approach to support & validate intuition
• Designed game economies and progression systems
• Good understanding of mobile UA and Advertising business
