hela Sverige Gambro is looking for a Project Manager, Web.
You will create an interesting and appealing web site. It is important that it is Customer focused and Customer oriented and easy to orientate. This position know how to keep internal functions and external suppliers on their toes, so that our internal clients receive a high level of service and each job is carried out optimally and on time. This position is also responsible for developing the Image Bank. The following work tasks are included in the position.
Work Task Description:
1. Web - Products & Therapies - Chronic (30%):
Follow the Strategy set on a Global level
Take the lead of the cooperation with external partners
Take the lead and Follow-up with the Countries in order to coordinate the local sites to be able to get a continuity and consistency including Local Webmasters Forum
Support and develop Congress pages together with the Congress dept
Management of the following Documentation:
Workflow master
Dotcom users master
Dotcom web email master
External web teams master
Web Manual
Web Strategy
Workflow reviewer instructions
Web Development request
Contact info for partner address
Comms work instruction
Administration of Partner mailbox
Local Webmasters Forum
Statistics & SEO
Functionality development update
MSDS
News management
Domain management
Page/section ownership
Web Management page on Pulse
Competence requirements:
Master degree in Culture and Media Production
Knowledge and experience of building up a web site within Business to Business support
High knowledge and experience with EpiServer, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, Adobe
Captivate, Sound forge.
Basic html knowledge
Knowledge and experience of communicating on an International level to get buy-in of Approval Processes
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and one more major language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Arabic, Chinese etc) is preferably
A clear ability to lead cross-functional teams towards a commonly defined goal
