hela Sverige Galderma Medical Affairs Aesthetics team are responsible for providing specialist medical and scientific support related to Galderma products to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Galderma staff. The role of Medical Affairs is to support the medical and scientific data and information needs of internal and external stakeholders in relation to our products and the field of Medical Aesthetics.
You will lead the Global Medical Affairs. The direct reports includes the following employees: an Administrative Assistant/ Training Coordinator; a Global Medical Director; Manager, Study Strategy and Publications; Global Head of Medical Education and Training; the Global Lead, Medical & Scientific Information, and two Scientific Advisors.
You will:
• Lead the Global Medical Affairs team
• Set the Medical Affairs strategy
• Be directly involved in the strategic discussions and decision- making regarding new data generation, publications and other forums for sharing of information about our Aesthetic products or best practices regarding use of our products.
• Set the standards and leading medical education and training initiatives for HCP and Galderma employees and
• Set the standards and leading the way we engage as a company with External Experts.
About You:
You have a PhD in Medicine, and more than 5 years of experience of leading Medical Affairs team in an international pharmaceutical environment.
