Future Talent Program - is a trainee program for talents, starting in September 2017. As a participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. In the program, you will have the opportunity to both contribute to and influence the Tetra Pak technology development. You will be a part of an innovative technical environment at the absolute forefront of food industry.
Are you passionate about delivering technical solutions and high service to customers and want to be a part of a team responsible for Field Service Operations in the Nordics?
Field Service Operations ensure that Tetra Pak provides customers with high quality services and assures that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way - both for the customer and for Tetra Pak.
This position involves extensive travels to customers mainly in Sweden but also in the rest of Scandinavia and in the Baltic countries.
In the Future Talent Programme you will have a permanent position from day one and follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotation and work in your own department as well as training and seminars. The program will give you broad insight to the company, our culture and values.
We are looking for;
• 1 technical wizard with a genuine technical interest and the ability to solve problems to join the programme for 1 year. This position require a bachelor degree or similar.
• 1 ambitious person with clear leadership qualities to join the programme for 2 years. This position requires a master degree.
After the program you will continue to develop in your role within Field Service Operations.
Your educational background is within in the following areas:
• Electrical Engineering with focus on Automation
• Mechanical Engineering
• Other relevant technical education
Qualifications
To apply for the Future Talent Program you have finished or are about to finish your studies. You have a mature and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network. You like to solve problems and you have a strong personal drive. Furthermore we believe that you are a true team player with good communication skills. You are fluent in English and in a Nordic language.
