Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

Flex Zone Project & Process Engineering Sweden is a department within Tetra Pak Planning and Operations. We deliver engineering to projects worldwide. We work in close collaboration with the local markets and Business Streams. Where a typical project can be a dairy or a cheese factory. In a project you will belong to the process team lead by a Process Project Leader. You will collaborate with different disciplines within the project such as Automation, Electrical, Service media and Supply management. As Process Engineer you will work with various tasks and each new project an opportunity to learn new things.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent - Process Engineer you will:
Participate in creating and develop Process solutions for various categories (Cheese, Dairy, Powder, Plant based products, etc.
Create PTS (Production Time Schedule)
Draw P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram)
Dimension and calculate equipment e.g. pumps, control valves
Write Functional Descriptions how process is operated
Participate in Quality activities e.g. Different type of risk assessments Hygiene and equipment safety
Participate in Commissioning at customer site
We believe you have
You have a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Dairy Technologist (Graduated 2023-2024)
It is possible that you have experience working in food or pharmaceutical industry
You are fluent in English, written and spoken
You have good communications skills, written and spoken
You enjoy working in a team environment to execute projects
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
