Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
PLM & Engineering Capability belongs to the Systems Engineering & Quality (SE&Q) organization that lead End-to-End technical planning and system solution integration to ensure quality and deliverables in-line with the Innovation Strategy. The PLM & Engineering Capability team, is part of a cross company PLM initiative and are also driving some key Systems Engineering capabilities such as Requirement Management and Technical Risk Management. We are now looking for a person to join our team in this exciting journey and to be part of driving our capability development.

You will be based in Lund Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent - Capability Driver you will act in a central part of the company to support the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiative and to further develop the Engineering capabilities. The scope covers both people, process, data and tool related development, in order to reach Tetra Pak's business goals. In this role, your main tasks will consist of:
Development of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities (e.g configuration & change management)
Development of Engineering capabilities (e.g Technical risk management)
Integrate PLM capabilities in our ways of working across the company
Ensure that the organization have the right level of PLM & Engineering capability knowledge and competence
We believe you have
You have a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or similar (Graduated 2023-2024)
It is advantage if you have experience from global companies.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
You have good communications skills, written and spoken
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
