Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will work in the global digital team. The digital team is responsible for managing channels such as the website, email, social media as well as providing digital tools & platforms (e.g. CMS, Adobe Analytics etc). The digital team sits alongside the communications teams who are responsible for running campaigns and promoting our products and brands. The AI specialist will focus on how we can use data and insights to optimise results and achieve a strong ROI.
You will be based in Lund Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Analytics Specialist Future Talent you will:
Generate reports and provide the teams with valuable insights which will help to optimise the performance of specific channels as well as campaigns.
Use data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
Work closely with the channel owners and campaign mangers to understand ways of working, business requirements and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies e.g. AI tools, and best practices in analytics.
Recommend and implement improvements to data collection processes and analytical methodologies.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in line with Tetra Pak's processes and guidelines.
Use of tools such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce and Power BI
We believe you have
You have a Masters Degree in Analytics, Marketing or business related studies (Graduated 2023-2024)
It is possible that you have experience working in marketing analytics, marketing or communications.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
You have good communications skills, written and spoken
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritious
