Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

The position is in the Physical Modelling team, Material & Package, Development & Technology. The Material and Package division in Development & Technology drives development of industry leading solutions, specifications and capabilities for packaging materials and other materials. We offer an opportunity for you to highly impact a central part of Tetra Pak's Sustainability and Quality initiatives. Physical Modellings main deliveries are efficient and safe test methods for Packages and Packaging Materials.
You will be based in Lund Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent -Development Engineer Material & Package Test methods you will:
Explore and attain knowledge in how test methods are developed in Tetra Pak and in how quality and function are ensured throughout the full value chain; packaging material production, package production, costumer usage, and recycling.
Scout and develop techniques and equipment to characterise/evaluate Packaging Material and Packages.
Develop and improve test methods with an efficiency and safety mindset.
In the team there is an opportunity to develop into a Technical Manager for test methods, which is called Test Method Owner. A Tetra Pak role which is key for ensuring total quality for packaging materials and packages.
We believe you have
You have a Master's degree in Engineering Physics, Chemical, Material, Nano or equivalent. (Graduated 2023-2024)
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
You have good communications skills, written and spoken
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritious
