hela Sverige Rosemount Tank Radar is now looking for a Functional Safety Manager to grow the Rosemount Level safety business.
You will be working close with sales, world area marketing, and Industry experts as well as end-users to define and deploy our functional safety strategy. Close collaboration with internal functions such as engineering, product management and integrated marketing is also required. This means that you must have excellent communication skills and an ability to create relationships with many different levels and cultures.
The position has a high business focus and requires both strategic thinking as well as a high drive for results. You must be able to analyze the business environment and set your own objectives and strategies for how to reach success, and have an ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities. You must also possess excellent technical knowledge acting as a subject matter expert to influence both the internal organization as well as industry organizations etc.

Responsibilities
Functional Safety Manager strategy development and deployment
• Lead functional safety program/initiative
• Identify, prioritize and develop opportunities within the field of functional safety
• Collaborate within Emerson to develop a complete aligned functional safety offering
• Support and align World Area Level Marketing
• Lead/influence integrated marketing to develop appropriate sales, marketing and training techniques and material
• Business development using external partners if needed
• Make functional safety "easy" for sales and customers
• Act as public face that creates awareness and demand for functional safety equipment
• Act as internal promoter of Rosemount-Level functional safety portfolio
Travel and numerous customer visits required
Qualifications
• M. Sc or B. Sc degree in engineering or business
• Several years of experience in the process industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of Level products
• Fluent in English
Preferred but not required
• Certified Functional Safety Expert
