What you will do
As the Function Owner in the team Energy Domain Data Analytics, you will have the over-all responsibility for the function delivering Time Series Data, the data stream sent from the battery control unit and from the energy management control unit to the cloud. Your job is to both maintain and improve this data stream in order to guarantee a reliable product. The team works together to achieve this, but as the function owner you are expected to take responsibility for the overall functionality and to identify improvements to achieve an even better result. You must have the willingness to both go out to evaluate performance in vehicle as well as analysing data offboard.
Together with the Data Analytics team and the product owners within the various competence groups across the department you will in an agile value creating team design and communicate new data analytics functionality to our stakeholders. Collaboration is very important here. This also enables you to form the role together with the team and manage the plans to drive real change.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role we believe you:
• Are skilled, or have the interest to learn, data analytics and big data management.
• Are eager to learn more and also to facilitate the development of the knowledge domain data analysis further on into the future.
• Have a clear understanding of what stakeholder management is and
you have great interpersonal communication skills along with a true inclusive and empathic leadership mentality.
• You should also have a can-do mentality and collaboration skills.
• Are a skilled problem solver, hands-on trouble-shooter and like to work in the vehicles doing data logging or data analysis.

We believe you have a university degree in engineering or that you have acquired equivalent knowledge and skills through work. You also have experience from automotive applications and standards as well as CAN bus vehicle standards. Also SQL knowledge and previous data analytics / data warehouse / skills of working with time series logger data is meriting. Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing is mandatory.
