hela Sverige We're now looking for a full-time nanny for a family with two children, 2,5 and 5,5 years old. A big part of the position is to be able to drive the children to and from school. They go to two different schools about 45 min drive from their home. So a confident driver is a must. Both parents travel a lot with work and therefor the hours may vary from week to week. The family is happy to pay a full-time salary but most of the time the nanny will only work around 6 hours/day. The family is an international family and speak mainly english at home. They're looking for a Swedish speaking nanny to help improving their children's Swedish but they're also open to English and Spanish speaking candidates. However the nanny need to speak english to be able to communicate with the parents. The family would ideally like the candidate to live-in, since the mornings will have a pretty early start about 7.15. However if the nanny lives locally and is still ok with doing split shifts and early mornings, the family will consider live-out candidates.
Accommodation offered is large own room and shared bathroom.
Duties included in the position is: children's laundry (only the children's laundry and it's always done separately from the parents laundry). Some light day to day housework as hovering, keeping the children's toys in order and occasional help with cooking. The mum has two younger siblings in their early 20's who will pitch in and help out with the housework and cooking. So the nanny will never be sole responsible for those tasks. It's more that the nanny should be happy to pitch in if needed. The mum likes cooking her self and batch cook a lot for the children, so most of the time the nanny will only be required to heat up or prefer simple meals for the children.
Main hours are Monday-Friday 7.15/7.30-9.30. Then the nanny will have about an hour or occasional two of house work which she can do whenever it suits her during the day. The children will then need pick-up from school about 3pm.
The mum works abroad. When she is gone, some extra hours may be needed, but she is home most of the time and will then take over in the afternoon and also take care of the kids herself some days and the nanny will be given extra time off. Therefor the schedule will vary and depend on her presence. Once or twice a week, babysitting may be needed if the parents are out. However, the mum's siblings can help out with this if the nanny isn't available. On a few occasions every year the mum would like to bring the children with her to London where she works. She would then like the nanny to accompany them for a couple of days. However that is not a deal breaker if the nanny does not want to travel. Snittlönen ligger för närvarande på 150 kr/h, vi kan erbjuda högre lön för nannies med mycket erfarenhet och/eller pedagogisk utbildning. Fasta månadslöner förekommer inom vissa tjänster.
