Get an idea of the role

We are looking for a dedicated and service minded Front Office Coordinator who make our office feel like home. You is passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our employees, as well as be helpful to suppliers and visitors. As Front Office Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for everyone who enters our office. Positive attitude and strong communication skills is the key. The position reports to People Operations Manager.

You will

• Greet and welcome all employees and visitors

• Answer phone/open door, manage different types of administration and coordinate various office related tasks within the Nordics

• Manage tasks regarding our passage system and our physical security

• Responsible for orders related to necessities and office

• Assist with planning and coordinating office events and special celebrations

• Maintain the appearance of the reception area, including plants, posters and other sesonal office decor

• Foster a positive and comfortable atmosphere in the office

Personal level

You are brilliant to give service and gets energy of beeing helpful. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a required, also a strong attention to details in organizational enviroment. You have the ability to work independently as well as with other. Prior experience in an office environment is strongly preferred.

Driving license (B) is a requirement

Working hours is Mon- Fri 8.00-16.45 (flexitime: 7.00-9.00 & 16.00-18.00).
