hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Acne Studios AB i Stockholm We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist Extra to the Acne Studios Headquarters in Stockholm. The Front Desk supports a variety of daily responsibilities requiring superb customer and in house service.
The extent of the job is not on a regular basis but the needs will vary from time to time. The candidate we are looking for needs to have the ability to come in on short notice.
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
• Being the face of Acne Studios for all visitors
• Generating professional correspondence at all times
• Answering incoming calls - directing calls appropriately
• Receiving, posting, and distributing incoming mail
Desired Qualifications
• At least two years' experience from a service position
• Fluency in Swedish and English required
• Service minded, independent and an outgoing personality
• An action oriented attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication and superior service skills
• Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and pay attention to details
