Third Culture and its online home tcbty.com is a clean cosmetics store/salon. We are not a nature store and we are also not a sleek beauty shop. We work with beauty brands that continuously work hard to harness the power of nature within their products, alongside providing fashionably rich colour palettes. We provide clean and healthy cosmetic options for you.
Our mission is to celebrate being different and cater to everyone with the widest variety of natural brands and clean cosmetic products that promote healthy skin, hair and nails because ultimately we are all unique.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
First hand you will be responsible for our hairdresser appointments but you will also be an important addition to the store that looks after our customers and ensures they have a pleasant experience in the store. By understanding what they need and answering their questions about various products you will demonstrate to them that we care about them, giving them a meaningful experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Hairdresser, your main task is to ensure that everyone who books an appointment with us receives a high level of service. Your job is to be a skilled, service-minded hairdresser and have a great passion for the hairdressing profession. You understand the importance of satisfied customers and want to be a part of the salon's success together with your colleagues. You advise our customers about the products and services on offer. You will provide customers with information on the suitability of the products for their specific needs, knowledge on ingredients and how to use the products for best results.
You are stress-resistant, humble and love to work with service and sales and make people happy. We are looking for you who are positive, committed and flexible.
REQUIREMENTS
A love and respect for 'Clean Beauty' (haircare, makeup and skincare products)
Experience with eko hair products Original Mineral is a plus.
We want you as a hairdresser to have at least 1 year of experience
Strong communication and sales skills
Available to work on weekdays and weekends.
Integrity and honesty with yourself and others
You are ambitious, keen to learn and do the best for yourself, our customers and our company
You are creative, flexible, proactive and you enjoy speaking to customers
You are a team player and prepared to work and support others in the team
