MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.
On behalf of Klintberg & Way we are looking for a Warranty Administrator for a 7 months assignment with the possibilty for an extension.
Klintberg & Way is the largest European wholesaler of spare parts and accessories for American cars. They are acting in 32 European countries since 1975, with 60 employees and an annual turnover of 300 Mkr. Klintberg & Way is General Motors Authorized Partner dealing with distribution of spare parts and accessories as well as maintance services in Europe. Klintberg & Ways supplies spare parts for such American cars as Chrysler, Ford, Jeep, Dodge, Pontiac, GMC and Buick. The European headquarters are situated in Sätra (south of Stockholm).
The tasks are varying and in this role you will handle private customers' matters in Europe as well as warranty matters. You will receive mails, fax and telephone calls regarding all kinds of matters: warranties, spare parts, insurances, and retail sales. Furthermore, the job includes lots of administrative responsibilities. All matters handled have to be carefully documented.
We are looking for a person with a solid experience of backoffice as well as customer service. You have good knowledge in MS Office, particularly Excel, it will be an advantage if you have experience of the Epidesk business system. You are attentive and flexible, with a sharp focus on customers. Providing the best service and the highest quality is the biggest priority for you. Being structured, knowing how to prioritize and acting with precision are your characteristics. You like to act and get thing done.
Since the company is acting on a global market, you are fluent in French, Italian and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of Spanish is also required for this position.
Experience from the car industry, or a personal interest in American cars, will be considered as a merit.
